Hello, if I make a porn website and I will add there movies from other sites but on that movies is no watermark of the sites will it be legal ? Anyway what porn script should be the best you think ? Thanks
When it comes to porn, content is generally copied left right and centre. But as things are becoming more sophisticated and copyright(s) are becoming more aware of content being copied, specific sectors/names in the porn industry are starting to search for content copied without consent. It can be argued that is theft. Being from an amateur online porn industry (several years ago, I didn't star or shoot, just helping some guys get a site of the ground) I can say that I would not touch others content without their written permission (email). In the past I heard of some silly stories about the legal action some porn sites take and more often these days it’s the porn stars that these porn sites are protecting, rather than their own brand. In terms of script, well sorry don't know any, as mentioned it was several years ago. Sunny
It is covered under copyright law just like all intellectual property. Si it is illegal without express written permission.

There are providers who license their content to others for use are many sites. There are also "tube type" sites who will allow you to embed their content in your site. How do you propose to comply with the Title18 regulations if you are using unauthorized content?
You do realize you are required to keep records on all content you have on your site showing the age of the "actors" right? You are also required to give notice that all "actors" are over the age of 18. There are several other regulatory requirements as well. AGAIN, as has been stated in numerous threads on this board, just browse the legal section, just because you see someone else doing it doesn't mean they are doing it legally. Or they could be and just have purchased a license or received permission to do it.
