.XXX domains for non-adult sites?

Hi, I'm wondering if it's allowed to register XXX domains for non-adult websites.

Not planning on registering yet (not possible right now anyway, AFAIK), but I'd definately get one in future.

 

I think its possible.
But you will waste your time.
Many ISP will blocked .xxx domain, and your site will no visitor.
And please note, the .xxx domain is very expensive.

 

Absolutely you don't have to reg adult names in the .xxx extension, you can reg any name you want!

using .xxx is just going to limit your visitor base, alot!

 

I would not do it, regardless of what your site is about with a .xxx everyone will assume its adult including Google

 

Yeah, for non-adult sites, I would stay away from .xxx
