first thing I noticed was the navigation buttons. Text should be changed on them to be smoother (right now their font is box-like) making it hard to read and generally unappealing. pretty decent layout & colors however. get yourself a favicon for the site Make either a redirect or set your domain pointer to go directly to your forums. currently if you go to your domain (http://xtremerps.net/) you get this: which is not good, should auto redirect to the forums.
