very nice design. you better add meta description, at least for main page. also the quotes are nice and well chosen. however you have placed them at the very top of your design and its one of the first things google will read on the page. they are totally irrelavant with your content. this will confuse google a little bit. and if you have same set of quotes on each page google will not like it a lot as well. if you are looking for seo success my advice would be to remove them compeletely (even though they look cool).
