I have been with xtendmedia for over 6 months now and I have always received my payment before 4th of the next month, but I am yet to receive my payment for November. My old invoice amounts were pretty small in comparison to November's($1.2k) and December's(Over $5k) but now I am feeling like they aren't going to pay me. I have tried mailing my Account Manager Yuval Litani and I haven't heard from him for over 3 days. I have tried mailing Haley Couch who is apparently out of office until January 25th. I have tried mailing Hawley and am yet to receive a reply. I just mailed them at a few minutes back telling them I will make this issue public and I hope this gets their attention. Anyone else waiting for their payments or is it just me?

You can be sure that we always pay our Publishers, if there are any issues it is likely due to invoices not being sent. We take pride in providing a great service to our Publishers. Damn I forgot about making this thread, anyway let me clarify. I got in touch with my account manager and the billing and they promised that I'll have my payment during the month of February. Looks like it was Hotmail's fault as the invoice never reached them. Anyway I have no complaints @Kent Sorry for misleading you, I retract my previous statement. Xtendmedia is not a bad network at all
