XTEND, could you give me a breakdown of your company? How long has your Company been around? As a publisher, what type of sites do well with your Company?

I am looking for another Advertising Company because I am about to get rid of one. One thing that concerns me with past advertising companies are, SpyWare, Ads Loading Slowly, Redirects.

Thanks for taking your time to answer our questions and concerns.

You have email your invoice to them to get pay, when you reached your minimum payout.

That sucks, emailing your invoice to get paid. What's the point of doing that, don't they have their staff to do that or a technology?

Here at Xtend we do require an invoice from our Publishers each month, this is because of the Tax Authorities who require it. We understand that this can be an inconvenience at times, which is why we are working on a technology to eliminate the need for our Publishers to send their invoice to us. Within a couple of months we hope to have this technology live.

Anyway, as we mentioned before we do our best to make everything easier for our publishers: if you need help in generating the reports just email to our support network@xtendmedia.com and they will kindly assist you.
Also, we send monthly reminders asking you to send the invoice as we feel it our responsibility and commitment to pay each publisher on time.

Xtend is an ad network that was founded in 2006. We are a fairly young company yet growing at a very rapid rate and already have a very strong Advertiser and Publisher base. We work with both Advertisers and Publishers worldwide. We deliver over 7 billion ad impressions to over 70 million unique users each month and pride ourselves on delivering quality content. We don't tolerate any form of malware or spywart in any way and don't accept any site with inappropriate/illegal content.
We work with many different site types and verticals generating great results; we have the ability to monetize all types of sites and always have 100% fill rate.

FYI - I received an email a few days ago headed "Suspicious traffic" and with content advising my account was disabled and various possible reasons given.
As you know, with quite a few of the advertising Cos out there that would have signaled an end to communication, no emails answered and no payments made. (somethimes this can happen without even an email sent advising of closure)
However, I am happy to advise my emails to Xtendmedia where promptly replied to, the matter sorted out and my account has been reopened.
Well done Xtendmedia - I am very impressed.

I received payments from them many times. Just make sure you guys send the invoice to them at then end of the month, just in case you reach the limit payment.

There is just a thing I'm not pleased when using them. They just pay for a few big countries like US, UK, Canada. Thus, if your traffic is international, the eCPM will be really low like me (about 0.04-0.06). Also, they don't have an option to set alternative ads to replace their ads for those countries they are not supported. I hope someday they will add this system.

Glad to see this is being resolved. It is always a shame when companies are slow on the support side.
