XSiteProUnleashed.com Good Income Needs TLC , 24 Active Subscriptions

As said above.

This site has been a labor of love and simply needs some TLC. The demand is there.

I started this site in June 2006.. We had at the peak around 75 monthly payment users and counting.... The reason for the loss of subscribers is well, people learn to make their own eventually, while some have continued buying them since day one.

Now we have 24. Some are on discounted coupon plans some are on other plans but all are paying. The site has made $3448 in site income but also has made substantial affiliate income.

(See the links on the site) We've also made about $300 this year in affiliate commissions for the software and made close to 10k last year.

For the most part, the site is simple. You create templates for the web development program XSitePro.com

XSitePro is HUGE for Internet Marketers.


With TLC this site could do very well. There is competition for XsitePro Templates but much of them are overpriced.

I have also discussed the site with the Creator of XSitePro and his is still on board in some fashion hopefully do to a push for the site. This would also explode things.

I'm not one to sell a site based on the possibility but there is much possibility here.

The site owns an aMemberPro License $139.99
We also had a custom script written for File Downloads but I would change this and I will explain that if we have a winner.

AS a bonus if anyone buys I'll assist in transferring any active paypal subscriptions but we all know this can't be done easily and would require members to resign up. I'm also willing to push the offer to my email list of about 10,000 and do a pre-launch to kind of re-launch the site.



The process of doing the templates used to all be done in house but just go to busy. Thus to keep the site running and performing its a fairly simply process.

1) We post for headers on RAC. You're looking at roughly $50 to have the headers created.

2) The sites are put together by a staff members for around $130 with 24 hour turnaround time.

With the software you could do it yourself as they are really easy to do. But the staff member who does them is willing to continue on a monthly basis.
