It crashed in a storm the other night and now everytime I boot it up, it reboots itself. Over and Over and Over. I get this everytime. And everything points to a virus. But I don't think so. I had virus software. I ran a check with Norton CD as well. I can't get to anything. I get to the desktop and this graphic appears. It won't start in safe mode either.
It's typical symptom of a W32 blaster worm. Disable System Restore and enable windows firewall. Them try: http://download.nai.com/products/mcafee-avert/stinger.exe AND http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/FixBlast.exe See if this works
