Hello, One of my client have sent funds using his US bank account via xoom. The problem is he is in Germany now and he sent from US bank account. I think there will be security problem as xoom may think it suspicious. Xoom transaction status is " This transaction is in our customer verification process. We will update the status when this is completed. " from past almost 10 hours. Can anyone tell me please what should I do? Last time when my other client sent using his US bank account it was sent within 24 hours itself and this time it is taking too long. It is because of location problem but can I do anything for it? or will need to wait for xoom?
I did that few hours back still waiting for reply. They say they reply within 2 hours but it took more then that this time. Not sure what's going on. EDIT- Just got a reply from Xoom. It says xoom cant reveal any information to me and sender will have to mail them It is really getting worst day by day
I think you should get your money safely, got a mail few hours back that xoom has stopped funding from paypal but not US account. This is safe. May be this time taking a bit time. Good luck!
My client got this reply "We would like to inform you that your transaction is under the verification process. " lol my client maild them that it is in verification process and how much time it will take and whats the reason for it. but the answer seems to be funny.
I also got a mail from xoom that they have stop funding paypal transfer but not for US account. Did this mean that other countries Paypal payment can be recieved through Xoom or not?
Xoom email support is fast but it sux. I asked my client to call them and ask about it and the problem was fixed in a second
I have been through it last month, they give absolutely no information to the recipient about the transaction.
