Xoom Transaction - How much time?

    Hello,

    I have used XOOM in past before 1 month and at that time my transaction was completed in just 25-30 minutes.

    Today I have a same transaction, It is initiated before 2 hours and yet not completed...

    Delivery is via Instant Cash.

    Why?

    Can anybody help me on this?

    Deliver is via Instant Cash means Cash Pick up :confused::eek:

    Xoom not allowed Cash Pickup for india to india transfer IMO.

    Yes it is Cash Pick Up.

    My one friend is sending me this money from India with his Paypal(UK) Account.
    Is it allowed?

    Why don't you send them email through their website contact page including your xoom tracking number ? Ask them regarding current status of your transection and they will surely give you proper reply.
