Xoom Transaction Failed??

    I used xoom to transfer money to my bank account, from paypal.

    But it failed both the times, also Paypal is keep limiting my account...

    DOES PAYPAL TRACKS IP ADDRESSES?

    is your paypal account verified? and does your ISP change your web IP everything you connect to the internet?

    i am not sure why your transaction was canceled because i never have any problem whenever i send my paypal fund to my bank using Xoom... xoom is the best service i must say that deposit the money inside my bank in 3 days... its real faster...

    If your PayPal account is not verified or limited than you can't use Xoom. Also if you use Xoom for same country than you can't choose Cash Pick up ( In India ).
