Hi friends ! Got a transaction complete mail from XOOM , mail says that " Transaction complete - the delivery has been received by your recipient. Thank you! " But i did not receive my check yet ! Please help ! Thanks !
This is really very strange. Immediately call to XOOM and explain the problem... You can mail them also they will reply in 1 hour.
I agree with you fully Call XOOM customer care urgently and tell the problem in details,they may solve your problem!
Better call XOOM, but the first time I had transferred, I had also go the same thing, It showed that the check had een delivered, but I got it delivered the next day..

If they said you that they delivered check already then ask them for courier details so you'll track it further online with that courier info IMO.
Hi Friends ! Problem solved ! They replied that Blue Dart courier service is not available in my State . so they are sending DD now ! Hope i will get it soon ! Enjoy !
