Xoom question about cash pick - for non-india

    i have a friend from chile and he wants to send me money through my country.

    lets say he is from chile and im from philippines and he will be sending through cash pick up

    is it possible?

    Also if the other buy pays by his bank mainly i think paypal is not eligible for cash pick up
