Hi, I made a transaction with XOOM and sent money to INDIA to my friend's SBI(state bank of india) A/c. My transaction started on 5th DEC 2007 and i was shown a transaction complete note on 8th DEC. Now when my friend contacted his SBI bank whether the amount is credited to his a/c or not, his bank told him that the funds didn't reach his a/c and he is not credited. Today it's 11th DEC but still the funds are not credited to his a/c. Can any one tell what's the problem with this transaction. Please help me asap, i also want to tell my friend. Thanks
Call xoom customer care telephone number given at their website because only they give you proper answer for this querry. Maybe your receipent will get it today (due to weekend holidays).
My receipent will call XOOM customer care as it is a receiving problem. So you please give INDIA's XOOM customer care number so that i can e-mail it to my friend. The number given at their website is being told as invalid number, so kindly call you give the exact number Thanks

Here is their valid indian telephone number as few days back i called them on this number Your receipent has to call to 01242575678 for xoom customer care. They ask for xoom tracking number first so you have to giving him that number also.
Better to transfer fund direct to your bank account using Paypal new features, why you are still using xoom?

I have one time problem with xoom too, i sent with "pick up" option, and they said that they have no cash to give it to receiver, lol))
Xoom is reliable service and i never heard that they reply like this 'No cash to give to receiver' I think in your case delay maybe due to weekend holidays. No more worries as your receiver got funds
