Xoom Pickup locations problem

    I'm Srilankan... I have choose method pickup money but can't select pickup locations can't display. can any body help me ?

    Are you trying to send funds via paypal?
    If the menu doesn't allows you to chse a pickup location then you are not allowed to pickup.

    Go for a draft or bank deposit instead.

    This is a common problem with Xoom. I too faced it . The solution for this problem is here :

    On the first page of xoom you will see the list of your existing receiver. Edit the name from there and send the money using a new form. Do not send the money to exiting user.

    When you choose existing user , the pickup location option disappears but when you send to new user, it will appear there automatically.

    I dont know why this happens but this trick solved my problem.

    So try it once. hope it helps.
