Xoom Only Accept US Bank / Credit-Debit Cards - Any other option out there

Hi

I looked at xoom as a good option to transfer money to my country, good rates, fast and with good reputation, but when I tried to do a transfer they only takes US Bank Accounts or US Credit/Debit Cards.

I looked into many forums who tried with VCC or VBA, but they will not take VCC and the VBA I found they are only used to withdraw money.

Is there any Virtual Bank Account where I can use to fund the xoom account? This Bank account should be based in USA but also be able to send money to xoom.

If this is not an option is anyone here who can Advise me how to get Bank account / Credit Card in US, I am non-US Resident.

As far as I know you can use Paypal to fund your Xoom account and transfer to ur normal bank account

 

Thanks Deez, but I contacted XOOM and they mentioned they no longer work with paypal , at least for the past 2-3 years
