    Whenever I do a transaction with xoom, my transaction gets cancelled and money gets refunded, I am indian

    Please help me :(

    I sent an email to ask exact reason, they said that I violated some term of service.
    Nothing concrete :( .

    They are saying, the funds are INTRA INDIAN funds !

    I think the problem is due to unverified paypal account. Lots of indian paypal account holder doing this since long time without having any problem but they have verified paypal account.

    do change your paypal status to "Verified" by adding your credit card and then withdraw your funds... it will be easy... as without verified status you can't also withdraw more than $100...

    so verification is the only process which can help you...

    bhaya that's what that kind fellow is saying - limit is 100 $ for unverified, u already send twice to u must have already reached the limit..

    get a CC n get verified, or buy a VCC n get verified.. i just got 3 rd payment thru xoom , np whatsoever,

    verified your paypal because xoom dont allow unverified paypal.... xoom is the best service i have ever found that is problem free... why dont you call them at there tollfree? the number is 1-600-180-12-33 and other phones call this 0-1242575678

    Yeah, make sure you verify your xoom account before proceeding. And if your transaction get cancelled, dont call their customer support, cause they will always say you have voilated our TOS, they wont be saying you anything else :)

    Call their verification department when its related to a cancellation.
