I signed up for xoom last month. When i log into my xoom acount it says your email is not confirmed. Please click on the link send o your email and confirm your email. I tried resending confirmation email couple of time but it did not appear in my email. So i did not do any transactions. Now after about a month i again logged in again and checked its still the same. I again tried resending confirmation email but stil it does not come into my email account. I contected support at xoom. They replied saying that you can directly log into your account and send funds. But doing that does not sound safe to me. Every time i log into my xoom account it shows me the confirmation message. What could be the better solution for this. Should i directly transfer funds without confirming my email address. I tht case ill i rceive the updates and other details in my email box and what if i dont receive those mails too. All people using xoom and knowing abou it please guide me with this.
Thanks for that positive reply. But then later did you get the transaction number and details by mail
also try to check your junk mails because most of the time xoom's conformation mail goes into junk folder. I too didn't receive it in my inbox and when i finally checked in junk folder, the mail was there.
