Just wrote a support ticket to Xoom asking them if I could send bank payments to my relative on other parts of India by using Xoom and they gave me this shocking reply -- ( not blaming them - its all RBI's created problem) Dear Xoom Customer, Thank you for contacting Xoom Customer. Xoom no longer accepts PayPal as a funding source for transactions to India. We've made this difficult decision in light of the Reserve Bank Of India's concerns about PayPal in India. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. Also be informed that we are also not supporting intra India transactions. Let us know if you have any further queries. Code (markup): Bad News
