Xoom multiple transactions above $2500 allowed per month?

    Xoom has a sending limit of $2500 to India and 12 such transactions are allowed per year. I am not sure whether the limit is applicable per month (i.e. waiting period of 30 days?) as I couldn't find that mentioned specifically anywhere other than the per transaction limit. Has anyone been able to do more than one transaction (withdrawal) of $2500 within a month's period?
