Xoom money transfer

In my case they charged my checking account.

 

even me guys, i need someone from the u.s who can take my paypal funds and will send me funds using xoom, xoom is really trusted

 

I have been using Xoom for over 2 years and recently, they have been keeping the money for up to 7 or 8 days.
It used to take 10 -15 minutes for the recipients in Mexico to get the money.
Now it's DAYS!
I called them and they keep saying that 2% of the transactions get this delay because they are verifying my account. The funny thing is that all my transactions lately are falling into this "2%" ...suspicious, if you ask me.

I am not using XOOM anymore. I am looking for an alternative route. Anyone?

 

xoom service is awesome and anybody can rely their service

 

I would use InterCambio Express, they are reliable and they have the best Exchange rate. If you send to Mx they are the best alternative so far.

 

I have used Xoom many times in the past, it is true, it is a really easy way to send money. The big thing is that if you compare with Any other money transmitter I bet your people will receive more money for your dollars. I started using InterCambio Express after an extensive research. Great customer service and they normally have the best exchange rates.

over 10,000 us dollars sent by xoom to date and I have never had trouble . Usually from the time I hit the send button sometimes it is a full 10 seconds before the money is available for pickup . For the price I don't know anybody send for cheaper and as fast . But I keep my computer locked and away from others so as not to have my account hacked .Instant notifications on my phone and the person receiving the moneys phone .

Only used their service once, about 3-4 years ago. I chose them because they did money to the door in the Philippines. Unfortunately, that's not what I got. Instead of cash being delivered to the door, the elderly man I sent it to had to make a trip to a bank in a neighboring town to pick up. Had I known that was going to happen I would have sent via Western Union instead.

Anyway, I know that doesn't answer your questions. I'm just saying if a delivery to the door is important to you, Xoom may leave you disappointed.

 

Personally I think Xoom is great, I've been using it for a couple years now. When you send money to an HDFC bank account or Punjabi National Bank it literally gets there in less than a minutes, its awesome. Plus, no fees if you send over $1,000. I would recommend trying it.

Have you checked Xoom's exchange rates lately. They have gotten better - one more reason to recommend Xoom.

 

Also you can use radarlab for money transaction.
