Hello guys, Once again problem with xoom occured i got my amount credit in my bank account and i got SMS to my mobile that Amount have been credited to your account and again after 15 minutes i got SMS that the same amount have been debited...I called to ICICI bank customer care they said the adviser slip must be attached with the payment and which have not been attached so we have debited the amount...I called to XOOM customer care office and they said that they will look into it and will mail me so whats going on to whom i should ask? EDIT: Now i got mail from XOOM saying Transaction Completed but amount was credited and then again debited I called to XOOM indian customer care office they said that amount have been deposited and there is no need of adviser sleep for bank deposit.... I again called ICICI customer care they said that your cheq have been rejected and we request you to visit branch office they only can clear all your problems
i have no clue what you talking about... are you trying to send money to someone? or are you trying to receive money from someone? whats your case please explain.... i use xoom alot to withdraw my paypal money.... and so far i havent had any problem with xoom.... but i couldn't understand what you trying to do with Xoom....
