I transfered funds to my account. After 3 days I got the message that the funds have been transferred to receipient's account. But the receipnt says that he has not got the amount credited to his account. How much time it takes to transfer the amount. thanks
Bro you have written in your thread that you transferred funds to your account. Again you say that the reciptent has not recieved the funds. I am a bit confused over here. If you transfer funds to yoursef then you happen to be the sender and the reciptent both. Also Xoom authorities will send an email stating that your transaction has been completed when it has been. (Xoom also sends an email stating that your transaction has been "initiated", I guess you have recieved the same email from them.) Do not worry your transaction will be completed soon. Also try to contact the Xoom customer centre in Noida if you have any problems. (Xoom states that if a reciptent is suppose to recieve money then the transaction can take 5 days maximum) Hope this helps. Al
Yep. little bit confusion You sent money to yourself or other one Anyway just send email to XOOMl through their contact page alongwith your xoom tracking number and ask them current status of your transfer.
Contact xoom support about it. They will guide you better. Are you transfering from your account to yours?
How much time does it take? I guess it depends. I have experienced ready to pick up just within 10 min after sending the money
