    I have 75$ in my account. I am verified Indan user of paypal. Can I withdraw money using XOOM?

    Please guide me for it.

    Yes you can withdraw money using XOOM to your bank account. Use coupen code 'jim' so no need to pay their fees $8.

    There ar few sentences on xoom site :

    In addition, Xoom cannot process money transfers where both the sender and recipient are in India, by law.

    So I am confused
