    I HAVE VERIFIED INDIAN PAYPAL ,ALL DETAILS R REAL
    EVEN MY BANK ACCOUNT IS VALID THEN Y HAVE THEY CANCELED MY TRANSACTION ?? ANY GUESS ????
    I HAD CHOSEN DIRECT BANK DEPOSITE

    A DISPUTE IS IN PROGRESS IN MY PAYPAL, WAS IT THE PROBLEM ??????????

    From what I understand Intra-Indian Payments are not allowed, you can only request for bank deposits or check payments if you do so. Technically, you cannot pay yourself but I don't think they mind that.

    I think they do an IP check on where the 'send money' is initiated from. I had exact same issue - but when I sent the money to my friend in UK via paypal and then he sent it to me - it worked :)

    Yup its due to the dispute in your account. Xoom will never accept your request if u have a dispute going on in your account!

    No its not possible. Xoom requires verified indian paypal account for this.
