I have sent payment to philippines using xoom account, cash pickup. The person have taken money from the xoom cash pickup center and now he is not providing work we are agreed upon. I think he want to run away with money without providing me service. What should I do in this case?
You can't do any think since Xoom doesn't have such a option. You have the detials of that person so you can register a complain in police. You can dispute on Xoom. I thing eddy will clear your doubts.
Sorry to hear that, however unfortunately there is no way you can get your funds back, however as Rohit said, if the amount is big enough, you should go ahead and file a complaint against the person.
