XOOM Chargebacks?? FRAUDS?

    I am just FED up with PAYPAL. This is the 7th fraud payment I got in this month. :(

    My friend told me about XOOM.

    How is it? Does Chargebacks or frauds occur at XOOM?\

    yes you can use XOOM. many Indians use it and it works great also. if you are really fed up with paypal,then you can surely go for XOOM. Goodluck.
