To those who already picked up money from XOOM cash pickup:
When picking up money with the XOOM cash pickup, do I have to give out any more information other than the Xoom Tracking Number? (E.g. will they ask for my name and address?)

    Thanks in adavance :)

    Hi!

Yes, they will ask for your name and address, and require a valid ID.

    :)

Hi affilorama! Thank you for your answer!

I am wondering if the one sending the money will then get my name and address. Or does he only receive a "transaction picked up" without any ID?

I have often receive money from XOOM. And yes, you have to give out your information even if you will claim it at the bank. :)

Jacqs, thanks, but here's another question because it doesn't mean the receiver will get that info as well, just the bank maybe. So:

Can anyone please help me, I need to know what receiver information the sender of money through xoom cash pickup will get.

Will someone sending money to me get my ID name and address?
Or does he only receive a "transaction picked up" without any ID?

    Thank you :)

Its between bank and you, xoom just transfer funds in your name. Its like western union. Just show them your valid id and pickup the funds.
