XOOM Cash pickup

To those who already picked up money from XOOM cash pickup:
When picking up money with the XOOM cash pickup, do I have to give out any more information other than the Xoom Tracking Number? (E.g. will they ask for my name and address?)

I have often receive money from XOOM. And yes, you have to give out your information even if you will claim it at the bank.

The sender won't get any information about you and its my own experience of which I am telling you this.

 

Its between bank and you, xoom just transfer funds in your name. Its like western union. Just show them your valid id and pickup the funds.
