Hey All, I wonder if someone can give me some advice here, I used Xoom to send money to family in South Africa but everytime I try to send money a few minutes after processing they always cancel the transaction. Can someone please tell me why this happens? Here's one of the transactions: X031151994102338
Why don't you give them a phone call and ask about the reason for that cancellation Only they can give you perfect answer for this. DON.
That is also good option but it takes some time in compare to phone call contact and using phone call contact you can sort out your problem with them quickly. DON.
I tried phoning them but nothing happened, Got a non-existant tone and nothing else. Strange. I also tried sending money again and still got a cancellation process. Here: X061832389162160 I emailed them and they said I had failed the TOS agreement so Now Im asking them how. DOes anyone know an alternative to XOOM?
