I've received an Email from xoom saying transaction is complete. Although, the money is not yet deposited in the bank. I've called up UTI bank where the money was going to be in, they said they have not received any thing. I have contacted customer care by email, they repeated that the transaction is complete, but question remains that where is the money? its not deposited in the bank account. so what do i do next? I tried caling up on the Indian Phone number for help, it says number is out of service. What do u guys suggest that i do next? Ekta.
I would suggest you to wait for 2 more days. Did you get this status update with their tracking system? Last time, I received money in my ICICI a/c after the next day I saw above status message.
When did they send u email,U better wait for 1 more day,else call them up again and ask them to verify with ur transaction id.

well, after a few mails to and fro, the amount has finally shown. But just for the note - their customer care number says it out of service. Anyone else experienced that ?
