xoom and paypal

    i am from india
    i want to convert my money from paypal to cash
    so is it possible for me to get cash through bank(p.n.b bank) if i send money from paypal to xoom?

    Xoom sends money to your bank account but PayPal has a direct bank withdrawal service which is a much cheaper choice.

    i read somewhere that xoom also provides cash pickup service from punjab national bank in india:)

    Not sure about current days but previously xoom not allowed cash pickup for india to india transfer.

    Well haven't used Xoom yet, but i just registered with it. So can a person living in india register an account and use Xoom?
