I am form India I have a Xoom account with the address as India but I changed it to a singapore address but they have not changed my country name Will they prohibit me from transferring the money to the fellow Indian? Since I have a Indian address Also I have already received one payment via Xoom? And I am also thinking of starting an another Xoom account with a Canadian Address and funding it with the same paypal account? will the Xoom cancel my transaction because of being same paypal Id used for funding to Xoom accounts Or shall I start two accounts and transfer from One Xoom to another Xoom account?
