xmlrpc_encode_request error

    i try to run this script(xmlrpc_encode_request) in my host for wp remote posting but it turn or below error msg :



    Fatal error: Call to undefined function xmlrpc_encode_request() in /home/******/domains/-*-**-*-*-*.com.my/db/x.php on line 13

    line 13 code:
    when i try on other host and local host which have no issue ...
    is that possible hosting issue ? or i miss something ??
