    Hi everybody.
I haven't posted here in a long time and I thought I would ask your very good advice about a Flash/XML website that I want to get online as soon as possible.
It's my own personal site and there will be personal and sensitive info on there, I will have a lot of my photographic images hosted there and I don't think my clients would be to pleased if they got into the wrong hands.
My question to you guys is about website security. I have seen and read about XML sites being "Ripped" apparently it's not so difficult to get someones SWF's, FLV's, Javascript, Images and other files.

How can I ensure my site is secure?
How can I stop my site being ripped?
Should I use .HTACCESS or another method?

I really appreciate your opinions. Thank you.

Sorry just seen there is a "Security" sub-forum maybe better posted there.
