Xml Sitemap Eror !

    Hi Friends !

    Can Anybody tell me about xml sitemap. When I am generating xml sitemap it is not including my all website pages. It just creating map only for one page.

    If someone know please reply as soon you see this thread..

    Try to check for any broken links. xml-sitemaps.com is the best free tool to make sitemap.

    I have checked that. May It cause of robots.txt file which I have added ?

    Yes, Use of Disallow: / on robots.txt file will not allow search engines to crawl your website. Please recheck it. It would be better if you can provide us your website URL to solve your issue.

    If you are using Wordpress then there are many xml sitemap plugin, you can use one according to your requirement.

    Yes Friends ! I got Solved it. It was cause of Robots.txt file which I added before generating xml map !

    thanks friends for great help! Will meet again with new issue.

    Good to know that you have fixed this issue but let me add one thing more here.URL blocked or removed from Google Index can take up to 90 days for Reindex.
    Make sure you use robots.txt file with great care. A single addition of / can block whole site.One thing more that I see is that your robots.txt file is not at root directory.Make sure you use it with care.

    But I have checked robots.txt file is in right place in root dir.

    ROZER the point is not that you have or do not have the Robots.txt file the stuff you add in it is really Important.A single mistake can block many of your main URL's.
