   I'm in a dilemma, I need to parse this page:
   
   http://forecast.weather.gov/MapClick.php?lat=40.47790&lon=-106.82100&FcstType=dwml
   
   which is an xml weather page and return the results on a page with PHP in a neat format, but I'm not sure where to start. Any tips? I'm shooting for something like this:

   two choices, use SOAP or CURL and simplexml.
