XML parsing error

    Feedvalidator.org keeps telling me I have parsing errors. I can't seem to find anywhere a sample of what a correct xml statement should look like! Here is the statement it is choking on:

    XML parsing error: <unknown>:1:59: XML declaration not well-formed [help]

    <?xml version="1.0" "Content-Type:application/xml;encoding=iso-8859-1"?>

    I'd be most grateful if someone could point me in the right direction.
