Buying XML Caching HELP needed

    greetings, i need help to stop an xml file from caching. i have a website template and when i make updates to the xml file for changes to the site after a few minutes the changes revert back to original

    so i guess i need someone to help stop the xml file from caching .. i will pay 10.00 via paypal for someone to help with this simple problem

    ive tried multiple computers/browsers... cleared cache...flushed dns.... im lost at this point dont know what else to do
