XML based flash news ticker?

    Does anybody know of software which can help me create something along the lines of the flash news ticker on http://www.tmf.nl/ ?

    It has to be XML based for ease of updating, and customizable in terms of size and colors.

    Any ideas? I have tried flashden but have not found anything suitable. The one on http://www.tmf.nl/ is perfect for what I need.
