    Hello Community,

Need your advice. We have started on our website (TmplatesFlow) Christmas Company. To increase number of customize orders we have made a discount for all our clients. All customization services from 26.11 till 25.12 will be 10% lower.

So what I want to ask - first one - is 10 % normal? Should it be higher or lower? Because I have chosen 10% by chance.
And the second question is the following: how much will it increase the number of clients? Do these programs work normally in the internet? Anyone has tested this on his web-store?

    Thanks in advance.

It really depends how much you're selling your product for. If its $10 product, then 10% off isn't really much of a pull, but 10% off $100 is something people start to take notice off.

Customization for client's requests usuallybegins form like $100 and could be much higher, depending on their requests.

Honestly 10% wouldn't drive me there. I would be shooting for a larger number if you really want to make an impact. When I put a sale on my site it's for 30-50% off. I tend to get a lot out of it. If you're selling templates you have a lot of cushion for sales, or at least you should.
