Xmap/sitemap issue

    Cannot understand where is the problem. When using sitemap module like xmap, it perfectly works generating xml sitemap but showing just an empty html page for html sitemap. I thought that it could be some issue with xmap and tried RD sitemap but got absolutely same result. Fine generated xml sitemap and empty html one. Could be some Joomla settings but have no idea which. Have you ever experienced such an issue or have any idea what could've been done wrong?

    No, why? It's absolutely not xmap' issue since the same problem appears with RD sitemap and most probably with any other joomla sitemap extension.

    Do you want to use a plugin? (Faster if you have a really big website)
    You might still want to try contact them since they might be curious enough to work out the problem even if it is your Joomla installation somehow :)

    If no luck getting a plugin working, you can try A1 Sitemap Generator (30 days trial)
    (PM if you need help to configure for Joomla. Some installations use a crawler throttle mechanism.)

    What plugin you are actually referring to? The website is around 20 pages but might try to use a plugin if it works. Else I guess I really need to ask xmap, rd sitemap or joomla guys and hope that somebody could help me :)

    Can you please check you are trying to check the correct URL for the HTML sitemap.. because both sitemap are generating by the same query............

    Solved it. There is a contact form on my website. If I turn off the contact form module then html sitemap works. Since xml doesn't show the contact form it works with the contact form module switched on. No idea why this module interferes with the sitemap one but just need to change the contact module I guess.
