I'm looking for a way for customers to create and excel spreadsheet or csv file and convert it to XML. The qualifier is that the XML MUST be in the XSD that we've already defined. I'm looking to create a spreadsheet template, send it my customers, have them fill it out and save. Use some sort of tool to convert that file from the spreadsheet format to the XSD that we've already defined. And then send to me for processing. Is there a tool that allows you to specify the XSD prior to converting from XLS/CSV to XML?
