xhtml vs CMS

    Hello,

    Well I want to know your opinion, what is better for build a small websites : using xhtml/css or using CMS (drupal for example)?

    Depends on the content and if the person who is updating it has any idea of html. With a CMS you don't have to worry about setting up ftp access for different users to upload files. But CMS's tend to be limited in how flexible they are with designs.

    You do understand that Drupal uses xhtml/css but it gives you a GUI to make it easier?

    If you're going to update a lot CMS will always be easier, try Wordpress instead of Drupal, a lot of people are dropping Drupal.
