I need an XHTML/CSS template finished & modified. Only CSS coding will be done I believe, maybe some XHTML coding...it's basically done just needs to be tweaked. Then I need it coded into WordPress. I need this done as immediately as possible. I don't want people that bullsh*t. I am the boss. I want someone who can listen & be polite even if I get frustrated.
