    .. I understand XHTML+CSS for 49 but let's be honest - if somebody ask you to write some complex tool in Javascript I bet you will not be so happy to work 3 days for 49 ;).. just be honest and tell people you can offer only PSD 2 HTML for 49.. and maybe some JS menus

    By javascript I mean basic stuff like menus, modal boxes, etc.

    Also $49 is just a basic guideline. Simpler can cost less, and complicated ones, cost more.
