Buying xHTML/CSS/Java script coder

    I have a project and I am needing some coding help, I am not a coder myself but I need 2 PSD's converted to xHTML/CSS/Javascript,
    It involves coding the whole template, and using a java script roll over, and java script rotating banner effect. I'd need 2 templates done for me.

    $45 will do both pages.

    If you are good enough I will hire you to do more work for me but you must meet my expectations.

    I will not need you right away but in the next few days.

    45 for 2 psd+javascript? seems a bit low. But well, seeing a preview of the templates would help to decide.
