XHTML/CSS design needed

    I need a design done for a car site as soon as possible.

    Code has to be valid and perfectly cross browser compatible.
    The design has to be based on PHP includes (http://www.tizag.com/phpT/include.php).
    Basically I need that both the page structure (menus, links and so on) and the design are based on external files so I can edit the whole site modifying one file only.

    If you can do this please PM me your price and your msn contact.

    I need the design done quickly, I'll pay more for fast (but quality) jobs.
