Well, there are much better coders who don't have any of those requirements and they work nicely. Trust me, with those requirements, no-one would come to you. I wanted to get a psd converted but seeing your requirements, I've went to another guy. Good luck.
Well, I code quite a few layouts rather cheap etc so I sort of wanted requirements. Asterisk **** requirements can now be taken out I guess, each layout really would have their own requirements depending on the deal etc . No bigee as I need to make some money. Thanks for your opinion!
I am purchasing a template for an arcade and below is what the seller is including in the sale. - The PSD file + fonts. - Tableless XHTML 1.0 Strict + CSS one-page template. JavaScript is also used for the hover menus. I need this turned into a functioning arcade games site. Image of the site is here.
