A couple of months back after my company had a vacant position for a freelance xhtml coder I created a similar thread and had a fantastic response, hopefully this one will have the same level of success.

Please, only apply for the position if you comply with all of the requirements, we have a bad experience in the past finding out later on that the person that we started working with did not read the requirements carefully.

    Requirements
    • Over 21
    • Is a professional Freelancer, not looking for coders that have a day job.
    • Professional conduct and accountability
    • Knows how to treat a client
    • Excellent English
    • Excellent XHTML and CSS knowledge
    • Develops superb, clean, compliant code
    • Very good JS knowledge
    • Great with font replacement techniques
    • Is regularly available on gtalk
    • Flexibility, can work with code that was developed elsewhere
    • Has a Paypal account
    • Can provide a portfolio of past work

    What we offer

    • Continuous work through the year, we will keep you busy all year long.
    • We pay by the hour or per project
    • We always, always pay on time.

Do let me know if you are interested.

    Regards

One thing I forgot to mention, we already have projects on hold for the new coder, so it would be an immediate start.
