    Hello,
I pay by percentage. As far as it regards the payment, its being made on client has made all the necessary reviews (which coder should fix if there are any) and he is satisfied. Usually within the first "Revision" from the client, once the first set of fixes has been completed we send over the payment to the coder.

    Hope this explains your questions.

    Other Notes

I have received a tremendous amount of applications so far. I am sorry to say that most of the coders "didn't care to get this position" and didn't even bother to provide me the information I requested (experience, portfolio, location), in case you are wondering why I haven't replied is simple...you didn't cared to win this position and i didn't bothered to inform you.

In Addition, I am not looking for a whole team (and especially won't be collaborating with competitors, that's for sure), what I need for is freelance coders.

    To the other applicants
Please make sure when you contact me you include the next information's

    • Name
    • Location
    • Experience
    • Portfolio (separate PSD to HTML ones from Wordpress projects)

If you don't have the time to provide me with these information's don't waste your time contacting me either then.

No deposits or any type of security being on the other side of the pond and doing all the work is a hard card to pull. But good luck my friend and I like the 2nd part of your post. Not a lot of professionals here.

    Hello,

Yes i completely understand your point of view, but believe I find more secure (at least for me) with the new coders for the first period of time. It doesn't bother me much to lose the deposit IF at least coders would give me a prior notice that they would not be able to finish the project so I could pass it to another coder or finish it myself, instead they just don't even reply (i guess shy or something) to let me know, so I end up with losing deposit + stress + shame in front of client + charge back to client, which is not something I do want to go through again.

However, I do not mind giving a deposit (of at least 50% of the total) to the coders if I do find the coders trustworthy and motivated enough with the job they do (but often happens I have to motivate the coders by paying them at the end of the projects, yeah money motivation I guess..)
